《Health Grants醫療健康救助》
On the health side of the Foundation’s mission, SYL Foundation’s goal is to remove barriers to medical care so that people – no matter their socio-economic background – can live healthy productive lives. After all, “Good health is life’s true wealth,” says Living Buddha Lian Sheng. For instance, we support Project Access Northwest, an organization that provides no-cost medical and dental specialty care by recruiting doctors who donate their time, medical supplies, and facilities. We are committed to the Somali Health Board’s mission of reducing health disparities and improving health outcomes for immigrant and refugee communities. We also continue to fund MTI’s Mobile Dental Vans which bring their much needed services to patients who need them.
蓮生活佛曾開示：「健康是人生的真正財富。」在健康方面的使命，盧勝彥佈施基金會的目標是去除醫療照顧的障礙，使人們──無論其社會經濟背景，皆能夠過著健康有意義的生活。例如，我們支持Project Access Northwest，該組織招募了一群醫生，自願發心地付出他們的時間、籌募醫療用品和設施，提供免費的醫療和牙科專業護理。我們幫助Somali Health Board達成的使命：減少移民和難民社區的健康差距，改善他們的健康狀況。同時，我們也繼續資助MTI的移動牙科醫護車，為需要的人提供緊急的服務。
We support Kin On Health Care Center’s rehabilitation program, which helps seniors stay strong and healthy. We help people like Mr. Hsia recover from injury, regain strength, and return home. Here’s a message from Kin On Health Care Center:
