<「盧勝彥佈施基金會」總裁盧佛青博士2015年5月16日西雅圖雷藏寺週六同修「地藏王菩薩本尊法」致感謝詞>
師尊、師母，各位上師、各位同門，大家好！我們大家都知道，尼泊爾在4月25日和這個禮拜都有發生很大的地震，這禮拜是7.3級，4月25日是7.8級，到目前為止，超過8200個死亡人數，感謝大家的支持，感謝西雅圖雷藏寺支持「盧勝彥佈施基金會」這次的籌款活動。
對於賑災的strategy is about recovering and rebuilding the community策略是復原和重建社區。我講英文大家都聽得懂吧？The emergency happens, a lot of relief organizations fly in and deliver a lot of critical food, water, shelter, so the foundation strategy is to watch what happens and focus in on the recovering and, after the immediate tension goes away, we really look at long term recovering, in terms of rebuilding the community, looking at the infrastructure improvement, building schools and hospitals, so the community can recover, not just recover but how long term system ability build going forward. So that’s our strategy and you know the emergency relief never enough, is about rebuilding and staying in the community, so they can build stronger and improve their livelihood going further in the future. I welcome all of you take part in that and thank you for your support.
當緊急情況發生時，很多救援的機構組織都快速地提供大量的食物、水和避難所，而我們的「盧勝彥佈施基金會」的策略，就是隨時注意發生了甚麼事，並且致力於當地的復原。那麼，在最緊張的壓力解除之後，我們真的期待長期的復原和社區重建、基礎設施的完善、建立學校和醫院。所以，社區能夠復原，當然，不僅僅是復原，而是如何讓整個社會系統的建構能力達到長期地向前發展。因此，這是我們「盧勝彥佈施基金會」的戰略。但是，你們也知道的，緊急救援永遠是不夠的，尤其是關於重建和維持方面，為的就是讓他們的生活，能夠在未來走得更遠，而得到更堅固的建立和改善。歡迎各位一起加入參與我們的行列，謝謝大家的支持。
